Unless of course it's already Monday and you've already read Dr Wilson's "It's Monday Again.."
As of today, it is official that Jeremiah and I will be leaving Monticello at the end of this Conference year (June). We feel that God is speaking and showing us that it is time to leave Monticello, and so with heavy hearts, this morning Jeremiah tendered our resignation to the congregation.
Do we have somewhere else lined up? No - this is a complete step of faith. We have not been speaking to other churches; "greener pastures" have not lured us in.
Pray for us as we go in faith, believing that God will make our way clear, one step at a time.
We are praying for others who we know to be in the same position. Remember that God has a place and a plan for each and every one of us. Trust in him, and he will show you that plan.

*M*A*S*H* quote :
Interviewer: What do you do when you're bored?
Hawkeye Pierce: What do we do when we're bored... The same thing as when we're not bored, only slower.

Check in next week. Maybe I'll have something interesting to say.

Dear Cronin Family
I did not know your daughter. From what I heard about her, she was a great friend to many. I only wish that I could have known her.
I have retracted my earlier blog. I apologize for any hurt that I may have caused. My intentions were none of the sort. My prayers and my continued condolences are with you all.
