Hey - all you young (or young at hearts), here's a question for you. What do you like to do for fun?
Jeremiah and I are looking for fun new ways to spend time together. Movies and board games are fun but you can't watch/play those ALL the time. We read our Bibles together at lunch time. We've even Dance Danced a few times (don't laugh, Jeremiah is really good - however, I need new pads if we're going to keep up that exercise routine!)
So tell me, what do YOU and YOUR loved ones like to do for fun?

how about high school sporting event? they are either free or cheap. and they are as fun as you make them.
ReplyDeletegood idea - this IS the season for high school sports in Aroostook County after all - High School Basketball is *everything* around here - NOTHING can compete with high school basketball

ReplyDelete1. Hike--the appalachian trail comes through Roanoke.
2. Walk around downtown. We grab a coffee downtown and then walk.
3. Grab our camera and go take pictures. This can lead us to anywhere.
4. Take scenic drives.
5. Go to concerts.
6. Eat out.
We love going to the movies, hanging with friends and playing board games too. A lot of what we do is based on where we live. There are great places to drive to and see the mountain views. We also have a lot of friends so usually they will have something they are doing and they invite us with.
Good luck. I dont' know if that was any help, but we don't try to do that much. It just comes our way and sometimes keeps us too busy.
